Eiichiro wonders on how exactly Iwasa draws on the court. Kageyama calls out Eiichiro and tells him the top 8 of the tournament. Eiichiro wonders if he is deem appropriate to be included in the top 8.

The match between Eiichiro and Iwasa begins with Iwasa's service game. Eiichiro wonders why Iwasa is hitting a series of lobs and if Eiichiro tries to attack, Iwasa seems to be pissed off even though he earned the point. As Iwasa is not using a basic charge and attack in tennis, Eiichiro does not have a clue on how to deal with Iwasa's tennis style. From the flashback, Iwasa wants to draw pictures in the court because his parents does not want him to become an artist. Iwasa manages to complete his first drawing, Van Gogh's Avenue of Poplars at Sunset, and wins the first game without Eiichiro comprehending anything on Iwasa's unorthodox style.
