Norihiko Mogami (最上 紀彦 Mogami Norihiko) is a tennis player in Kanagawa who attends the same school as Takuya Miyagawa and Ryou Oobayashi and he is first introduced in a match against Eiichirō Maruo in the third Kanagawa Junior Tennis Circuit where he was the 2nd seed.
